Audio recordings of oral history interviews with peer recovery coaches and other professionals conducted for the Indiana Substance Use Disorder Oral History Project (Indiana University IRB Protocol #21774). The goal of the Indiana Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Oral History Project is to document the ongoing impact of the opioid epidemic on communities across Indiana by capturing the stories of SUD survivors, family members, peer recovery coaches, treatment providers, health professionals, public officials, and other individuals using a combination of narrative medicine and oral history documentary techniques. These first-person narratives give voice to and provide commentary on the lived experiences of those most affected by substance use disorder.
